The LCMS Florida-Georgia District President’s Equip Conference is a unique “ministry equipping conference” never done before — bringing together the many parts of one church body. This “first-ever” virtual conference will include pastors, teachers, vicars, deaconesses, DCEs, lay ministers, youth group leaders, Lutheran Women in Mission, church councils, boards of elders, school board members and all active and retired men and women interested in ramping up their ministries and ministry skills!

Over 80 workshops; speakers from throughout the Synod; Keynotes with David Kinnaman, President of Barna Group. Donna Snow will Lead us in the Word, and The Skit Guys will entertain us all.

There is explosive power when the many parts of our church body gather to inspire one another. We will worship. We will laugh. We will pray. When all this happens . . . God hears and responds!

To exhibit at the President’s Equip Conference (PEC), there is a two-step process.

1) Register with LEAconnects

  2. Determine the scope of your exhibit space
  3. 3 month subscription (FLGA extended to 12/31/20) – $400.00
  4. 12 month subscription – $1500.00
  5. Select the Florida-Georgia Event
  6. Pay LEAconnects by Credit Card or Ck
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to you
  8. A second link will be sent to begin building your site, available September 1, 2020
  9. Instructional webinar will be held on 9/3 at 10 am (CT)

2) Complete an Exhibitor Registration with FLGA District

Registration includes:

  • One all access registration to the conference
  • Access to the attendees through the PEC Equip Mall

Additional Add-Ons:

  • Presence on Scrolling Banner – There is a scrolling banner on the Schedule home page, and one on the Workshop home page. Your logo and ministry name would be featured on one of them.      $100.00

Graphic must be submitted by September 1.

  • Commercial Feature There are a limited number of commercial time slots available. Your commercial would run twice a day within the general session program.

There are two options for purchase:

    • 15 seconds                           $150.00
    • 30 seconds                           $300.00

 Video must be submitted in an MP4 format by September 1.
