This year’s President’s Equip Conference invites educators, pastors, and lay leaders to gather in hope and shared purpose amid rapid cultural and technology changes. This conference moves beyond the simple adoption of new tools to explore the ethical and instructional implications. Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and social media are creating new opportunities for ministry but also new questions about ethics and appropriate, faithful use. The conference provides a space for reflection, encouragement, and collaboration across congregations and schools, reinforcing that no one navigates change alone. This time together will strengthen participants through gatherings, keynote insights, and meaningful connection. Leaving equipped to see change not as a threat, but as an opportunity for joy, resilience, and flourishing within their community.
