2025 LCMS Youth Gathering Registration
Gathering Registration information is available on the Gathering Website. This includes resources like Gathering 101, Registration Book, and Registration Worksheets and Forms. In the upcoming months, step-by-step videos will also walk adult leaders through the registration process.
Your church will receive the registration mailers via the USPS in late August or early September. Please make sure that the office is aware. The mailer will need to be given to the Gathering Primary Adult Leader for the group. You will need that mailer for your church ID number, which is required for registration.
Registration worksheets will not be mailed to you – they will be made available online.
Adult Leader resources have been created to help Adult Leaders, both volunteer and professional church workers, prepare their group to attend the Gathering. Be sure to connect with your district’s District Coordinator, download the Gathering Media Kit resources, and learn more about the City of New Orleans to get ready for the Gathering. New resources are added regularly, so check back often!

LCMS Youth Gathering Zoom Updates
Adults leading groups to the LCMS Youth Gathering in New Orleans in 2025 are encouraged to join the Gathering staff on ZOOM on the second Thursday of each month leading up to the Gathering.
If you previously registered for the Update and can
no longer attend, please cancel your registration
so that others can join.
Can’t make it? No worries! Gathering Update Zoom recordings will be uploaded to the Gathering YouTube channel.
Reminders will also be provided in the LCMS Youth Ministry Facebook group.

The National Lutheran Youth Workers Conference (NATIONAL24) is a standalone youth ministry practitioner conference but also provides a wonderful opportunity to prepare for the 2025 LCMS Youth Gathering.
